Attention all parents/guardians: We will be at PHS band room on Sunday, June 23, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. to collect all band camp forms and payments. Please make sure that if you do not have these forms, you can print them off the website www.phsmarchingband.com or we will have some on hand at the band room. This is for all returning band members and all new band members.
If you have turned in your forms, you may disregard. We have collected only 38 out 110 members. Please make every effort to stop by. Please note that at least $60.00 (1st payment) is due by June 24, 2013.
