St. Patrick’s Day! Begin
moving into the Auditorium during classes; ASR Full Concert Band; Open
registration for Instrumental Solo and Small Ensemble Assessment starts today
(see the flip chart by my office); Winterguard Evening Rehearsal
Tuesday 18 Mar TESTING:
ACT for Juniors; Some kind of WORK for everyone else; Concert Band ASR;
Winterguard Evening Rehearsal
Wednesday 19 Mar Winterguard
and Percussion Exhibition Performances during Academic Period (more details
later); Jazz Band ASR
Thursday 20 Mar TAME Parish Music Assessment (Choir and Band
Festival) WEAR Band Polo Shirt /
Clean Khaki Bottoms/ DRESS SHOES for performance; Stay After for Pizza before MID-SEMESTER
CONCERT featuring all Performing Groups;
wear same as day performance (Winterguard in Full Costume); Mandatory for
ALL!!!! It’s been on the calendar since January.

April will be busy in spurts with the annual Strawberry
Festival Parade and Bingo/ Cotton Candy booths, Spring Trip to Orlando, FL
(Disneyworld), and auditions/interviews for the 2014-15 Guard, Band Officers,
etc.
See you on campus…a lot!!
